My Medicines List

My Medicines List is for people who take medicines and their families, as part of the Know Check Ask medication safety campaign. Please enter the number of leaflets you require in the quantity box on the checkout page. The maximum quantity is 20 leaflets. However, if you are a healthcare professional and use these leaflets regularly, please set up an account and you can order greater quantities (one box contains 2,000 medicines lists).
