Both imperial (Lbs) and metric (Kg) measures can be used, whichever is most commonly used and understood by the client. It is a good visual tool to demonstrate to the client whether they are underweight/healthy weight, overweight, or obese and to show how you and the agreed plan of action will support them in moving from being obese to overweight or from overweight to healthy weight status.
